Become a Member

Membership in Multiple Intervenors is open to large industrial, commercial and institutional energy consumers that are:

• located in New York State,
• planning to expand existing operations in the State, or
• planning to locate in New York. 

All applicants interested in membership must complete and submit an application form.

All applications are reviewed and voted on promptly by the Multiple Intervenors Board of Directors.  The determination of the Board for membership is final.  Multiple Intervenors reserves the right to decline membership to any applicant.
